We're only one week away from the beginning of the Legislative Session in Tallahassee.  To keep you properly informed; beginning today, the Central Florida Partnership will be providing this Weekly Newsletter Update on SunRail (Central Florida Commuter Rail).

We invite you to "bookmark" the web site for Right Track Florida at www.RightTrackFlorida.org and "check back" frequently for "daily postings" and "breaking news" between now and the end of the Legislative Session.

Legislative Session

Earlier this month, Governor Charlie Crist publicly stated his support of SunRail (Central Florida Commuter Rail) at a Press Conference in Tallahassee, Co-hosted with Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, Chairman of the Central Florida Commuter Rail Commission, along with Senators Lee Constantine, Andy Gardiner, and House Speaker-Designate Dean Cannon. Plus, just last week, Governor Crist signaled his continued support of SunRail (Central Florida Commuter Rail) in his 2009-2010 Budget Message.

It is important that the Governor and members of the Florida Senate and Florida House of Representatives hear directly from you about SunRail (Central Florida Commuter Rail), and what it means when it comes to economic development and job creation.
