If you have been looking for the “right” time to participate in Leadership Orlando, or know someone who should be in the room for timely community discussions, now is indeed the perfect time to be a part of America’s largest Community Leadership program because Leadership Can’t Wait! Enrollment is currently underway for Class 80, scheduled to begin September 15-16, 2010. During the recent Change of Command Ceremonies at Orlando’s Naval Air Warfare Center, Capt. William “Roto” Reuter became its Commanding Officer. He will also be “in command” of Leadership Orlando Class 80 as its Class Chair. A U. S. Navy fighter pilot, Captain Reuter has over 3,000 hours of flight time in 33 different aircraft, of which over 2,100 are in the F/A-18, including 300 hours in the F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet. Leadership Orlando is honored that he will pilot Class 80 to new heights! Space is limited, so don’t delay! To accomplish that purpose Leadership Orlando classes meet for a series of nine day-long sessions over eight months. While the curriculum may change based on current developments in the region, Leadership Orlando sessions always emphasize the People, Place, Purpose and Possibilities that our community has to offer.
