How Do You InnovateThe B.I.G.* Summit is all about Business Innovation & Growth, and just in case you missed it, or if you’d like a “refresh” on what you heard at the Summit, Michelle S. Royal, Founder of HDYI (How Do You Innovate?) provides a unique look at the 2011 B.I.G.* Summit.

Michelle S. Royal, Founder of HDYI, supported The B.I.G.* Summit as a Bronze Sponsor. For the past 15 years she has facilitated the development of the creative capacities and innovation potential within individuals. Her work has taken her all over the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.  She loves (yes...loves) how this work allows her to help unite company visions, mobilize teams and develop sustainable innovation leadership.

How Do You Innovate

She is the 2011 Board Chair of Creative Tampa Bay, Advisory Board of Girls in Tech, and Tampa Committee Member for the Rwandan-based Akilah Leadership Institute for Women. In addition she designs, facilitates and moderates events and conferences, specializing in the convergence of technology, business and society. Some examples include the Internet Technology Summit, The Tech Venture Conference, and Staying Relevant in the Future to name a few.

Basically, she grew up in small town in Arkansas, went to art school in Chicago, became an entrepreneur, and in all her wild dreams did not know it could be this good. Yep. Intentionally lucky.
