Join Us Tuesday and Wednesday, March 20 & 21, 2012 at the
Mission Inn Golf & Tennis Resort, at Howey-in-the-Hills, FL

An Important Regional Meeting is being planned by the Central Florida Partnership to bring together volunteer leaders and key staff to focus a Regional Conversation around the growing needs and exciting opportunities of the Central Florida Region.

Concentrating our discussions within a twenty four period, the afternoon of Tuesday, March 20, and the morning of Wednesday, March 21, 2012, "A Regional Gathering" - Moving "Ideas to Results," will be held close by at the Mission Inn Golf & Tennis Resort at Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. This "Gathering" is designed to encourage participation by leaders from organizations across the Central Florida Region.

At this time, the "big buckets" which will drive our conversation include:  developing a Regional Transportation Strategy; advancing a Regional Water Strategy; introducing a Regional Strategy aimed at solving chronic Homelessness; and developing a Regional Strategy for putting "folks" back to work, as outlined by the recommendations of the "Open for Business" Regional Work Groups; developing a Regional Message or Brand for Central Florida. 

Our goal is to assemble one hundred and fifty (150) civic, business and government leaders from across the Central Florida Region; and we hope that your schedule will allow you to be "in the room." The Tentative Agenda will include:

A "Golf Outing" will be available for those who choose to register for an afternoon "on the links." Our plan is to talk about Regional Priorities in a Regional Setting with Regional Leaders.

Should you have an interest in participating in our regional conversation about the future of Central Florida, please reserve time for this special occasion on your calendar.  Our goal is for every voice to be heard in a comfortable and relaxing setting, giving each of us a chance to share our priorities with those in attendance.  Without apologies, part of our time together will be social; however, most of our time will center around learning how we can work more closely together to advance our "shared work" when it comes to the growing needs and exciting opportunities of the Central Florida Region.

Understanding that resources are limited, we’re doing everything possible to hold our costs to a minimum, with the total price of the entire event being $495. The Registration Fee includes overnight Accommodations, Meeting Materials, Refreshments, Reception & Dinner, Breakfast and Buffet Luncheon, with the "Golf Outing" available at an additional cost.
